Ingredients:
8 large Russet Potatoes; peeled 4 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Salt 1 ts ground Black Pepper
Directions:
-Boil potatoes until tender; let cool over night -Heat butter -Shred and add potatoes -Season and cook until golden brown
