Ingredients:
2 c Self-rising Flour 2 c Milk 2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Oil 1 Egg
Directions:
-Measure flour into bowl and add sugar, egg, milk, and oil -Pour into hot griddle; cook until bubbles form -Flip -Cook until golden brown

For breakfast, I make an omelet, or a chicken, avocado, and cheese sandwich. It's delicious, hearty, and has enough energy to last a long time. The kids eat the pancakes very quickly, though. I made the last one with a banana, and it was great. Thanks for your recipe!
