Hi, So I am currently in a low carb and low fat diet. I can find plenty of food low fat, but not many low carbs. The only one I know is vegetables, but eating vegetables everyday 2x times a day gets old, really fast. If you guys could tell me other food to eat with chicken or fish please let me know.?
