How to Make Chocolate and Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies with Oatmeal Ingredients: 1 ½ cups of sugar ½ teaspoon of brown sugar 3 tablespoons of cocoa ½ cup of milk 1 cup of chunky peanut butter ¾ teaspoons of vanilla 3 ¼ cups of steamed steel cut oats, or regular oats if steel cut are unavailable. Use one sheet of waxed paper. Steam the steel cut oats because they are too coarse to bake without softening. If using regular oat then no steaming is required. Directions: In a pot boil the milk, butter, cocoa, white and brown sugars. Gently fold in the peanut butter, vanilla and previously steamed steel cut oats, or the no steamed regular oats. Stir gently. Roll out the waxed paper. Spoon out a tablespoon of the mix. Drop that tablespoon onto the waxed paper. If necessary to make a ball, roll it with the spoon. Let it cool down. Then place that sheet in to the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours until it hardens. It should be thick enough to cut into bars.

Thank you for your dessert recipe. I love cooking as well as desserts. I will definitely try out this recipe. Can we use white sugar instead of brown sugar? will it make a different taste. thesis writing help

White sugar should be fine, the texture and flavor may differ slightly from what the original recipe would make, but it will probably turn out just fine.

Of the desserts that don't need to be baked, I like cheesecake the best. Especially if you add jelly to it. We have a lot of strawberries now, so I make all my desserts with strawberries. The jelly is sweet, I don't add sugar to the cheesecake itself.
