Crust: Ingredients:
1¾c crushed chocolate chip cookies ¼c sugar ⅓c melted butter
Directions: 1. In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and sugar, stir in butter 2. press into bottom of and one inch up the saides of a greased 9in pan
Filling: Ingredients:
3(8oz) packages of soft cream cheese 1c sour cream 3 eggs ½ tsp vanilla 1 c sugar
Directions: 1. Beat cream cheese and sugar til smooth 2. Add eggs, beat on low until combined 3. Add sour cream and vanilla, beat until blended 4. Pour over crust
Cookie Dough: Ingredients:
¼c butter 1 tsp vanilla ¼c sugar ½c all-Purpose flour ¼c packed brown sugar 14½c mini chocolate chips, divided 1 Tbsp water
Directions: 1. Cream butter and sugar on medium for 3 minutes 2. Add water and vanilla, gradually add four 3. Stir in 1c chocolate chips 4. drop dough by the teaspoonful over filling, gently push below surface 5. back at 350º for 45-55 minutes 6. cool on wire rack for 10 minutes 7. carefully run knife around edge of pan to loosen 8. cool 1 hours longer, then refrigerate over night 9. remove from sides of pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips
