Cheesecake filled Raspberries with chocolate Ingredients: 2 Cups Fresh Raspberries, washed You can either buy No Bake Cheesecake and use that as the filling OR you can do what I am going to do and that is buy a cheesecake from the bakery and scrape off the cheesecake from the crust into a bowl and mix! the choice is yours! 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract some white & dark chocolate Directions: Wash your raspberries and set aside. In a medium bowl mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer until nice and smooth. Whip the cheesecake filling Fill a piping bag fitted with small star tip with your filling - the cheesecake mixture (note: if you don't have any piping tips or bags you can put the filling into a plastic zip lock bag and snip the tips off of them). One by one, take each raspberry and carefully fill each one with the cheesecake making sure not to squeeze the raspberries too much or they'll go to mush! Fill them all, then melt some white chocolate and dark chocolate just enough so they can easily drizzle the raspberries (hershey kisses work well) I would use hersheys hugs , because they are white/milk mixed.. put in a piping bag and drizzle while chocolate is still slightly warm..cool in fridge for about 10 minutes.
