Ingredients:
1 c Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 1/3 c Grated Parmesan 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 c Mayonnaise 1 tsp Lime Juice 1 large Egg 1 lb Fresh Lump Crab Meat; Drained 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley 1/4 c Butter 1 Garlic Clove; Pressed
Directions:
-Stir together everything but butter -Shape mix into patties -Melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet -Cook 4 crab cakes 4-5 minutes on each side until golden -Drain on paper towels -Repeat
