Ingredients:
7 slices Bacon 2 Russet Potatoes; quartered and sliced thin 1 tbsp Garlic 1/2 sliced Yellow Onion
Directions:
-Fry bacon on medium-high heat -Fry potatoes and onions in bacon grease -Season with garlic -Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 minutes -Crumble bacon onto potatoes
