Oreo Pie

Ingredients:

1 package Oreo Cookies
1 large box Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese
1 c Powdered Sugar
2 (8oz) containers Cool Whip
1 stick Margarine

Directions:

First Layer:

-Crush Oreos; set aside 1 cup
-Add stick of margarine
-Form crust in 13x9 inch pan
-Cool in fridge

Second Layer:

-Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together
-Add one container of cool whip
-Pour onto crust
-Refrigerate

Third Layer:

-Mix chocolate pudding (by directions)
-Spread onto cheese mixture

Fourth Layer:

-Spread remaining cool whip on top of pudding
-Sprinkle with remaining oreo crumbs
-Keep refrigerated
