Ingredients:
2 lb Beef Brisket - sliced very thin against the grain 1/2 tsp Onion Salt 1/2 tsp Season Salt 1/2 c Soy Sauce 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 c Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Meat Tenderizer 1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
-Mix together and marinate meet in the fridge overnight -Next day pat strips dry with a paper towel -Place strips on rack in roaster pan in oven -Bake at 150ยบ for 7 hours
